You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

Content You Generate: You own the content you create using ATAVIX AI's AI tools, subject to the terms of our AI service providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws.
Platform Rights: ATAVIX AI retains all rights to the Platform itself, including its code, design, branding, and proprietary technology. ATAVIX AI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATAVIX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Graphic Violence: Gore, torture, or excessively violent content intended to shock or harm
- Malware & Hacking: Content designed to harm computer systems, steal data, or facilitate unauthorized access
- Fraud & Scams: Content promoting fraudulent schemes, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Deepfake Impersonation: Content that impersonates real individuals without consent for deceptive or harmful purposes
- Copyright Infringement: Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
- Adult Sexual Content: Pornography, sexual acts, or explicit adult content
- Harassment & Bullying: Content intended to harass, intimidate, or bully individuals
- Self-Harm: Content promoting or encouraging self-harm or suicide
3.2 Moderation Methods
Automated Moderation: We use automated content filtering systems to detect and block prohibited content before generation. AI prompts are screened for policy violations.
Manual Review: Our team may review reported content and take appropriate action.

3.3 Enforcement

- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use another user's account without permission
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content
